Refund policy

 

We would love for you to like our products. House Of Elites's return or exchange policy applies only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered. All refund/ replacement requests are to be made within 10 days of receiving the order. Any other request for refund is subject to sanction by HOUSE OF ELIES. Refund after sanctioned will be processed in 5-7 days via original mode of payment.

 

All furniture should be opened and checked for any defect/damage at the time of delivery. Any such issue should be notified on the delivery challan and AWB/consignment copy. If a shipment that shows signs of damage in transit, please let us know at care@houseofelites.in  

 

In an unlikely event, if you happen to receive an incorrect or defective merchandise (style, size, color, quantity, functioning), please share the pictures of the damaged packaging or material with us. The quality control team will evaluate and then initiate a replacement on the same. We apologize in advance for any issues you face, and look forward to helping you replace your items at the earliest.

All our items are custom made especially for your order and hence returns due to the sizes or usability in the area are not possible. We advise our clients that due diligence is taken for the size of the items, entry pathways such as service lifts or staircases and main doors before the order is placed. In case there is any confusion, please feel free to reach out to our team who will be happy to help you in case of any queries.

Cancellations are not permitted once the order is placed.

If there is a genuine defect in the product, we'd be happy to exchange your product within 10 working days.
