There are no shipping charges pan India. For all orders, shipping charges are on the house

For overseas delivery, you need to check with us beforehand as delivery is chargeable and subject to customs regulation. Once an order is shipped from our warehouse maximum time for delivery will be 7-10 days with in the India. Exact delivery time varies from place to place.
All of the product which House Of Elites ships, comes with a promise of "Safe Delivery", in which we cover & Protect our customer from problems like "Damage During Transit" or "Manufacturing Defect"! We do understand in furniture product or any kind of fragile product, The damage during transit cannot be ruled out 100%, but it can be avoided up to 98% using Export quality packaging, Doing drop test, Taking Industry standards into account & Best of all, Working on the feedback of the Courier companies & The Customer's. We at House Of Elites takes very seriously if any product is found damaged, We check the packaging style, product durability to withstand the loading & unloading & Courier person way of handling the product. but for Customer they just have to send us Few images of the product & the packaging box, & We will Re-pick the product from their home & Deliver New one Safely & Sound.
Generally, On shipping of your Order, You will get a notification from our end to your registered contact details, stating the details of the shipment and its service through which your Order has been shipped. Some of the shipment services engaged by us that offers tracking of orders and you can track the status of your shipment by visiting the websites of such service providers. The details of tracking orders, if available, shall be mentioned in the shipment notification send from our end.
Notwithstanding anything mentioned in aforementioned provisions, we do not guarantee that delivery will happen within any specific timelines as it is completely dependent on the shipment services. Sometimes, delivery may take longer duration due to various bad weather conditions, transportation delays, political disruptions or other unforeseen circumstances.
To the maximum extent permissible by law, We shall not be liable to You or any other persons for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, exemplary, special, consequential damages or loss of profits, revenue or goods will incurred by You due to any delay in the delivery of orders.
